Waco Custom Lasik & Cataract Center has assembled an accomplished team to carry out its mission of the highest quality vision care and service. Our staff consists of experienced professionals who bring years of experience in not just surgery and ophthalmology but in dedication to caring and compassion as well. Members of our staff are profiled below.

Meet Our Staff

Jennifer has been with Waco Custom Lasik & Cataract center since its inception. Her background in banking and management, along with experience in medical operations have helped make Custom Lasik & Cataract Center the premier LASIK provider in Central Texas. After four years as a partner and office manager for Eye City in Harker Heights, Jennifer initiated the opening of this office, here in Woodway.

Tina is a former Certified Ophthalmic Technician who has been with Waco Custom Lasik & Cataract Center since opening in January of 2012. She received her RN in May 2011 from McLennan Community College and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in December of 2012 from Texas Tech University.

Gladys has worked for Dr. Walters for over 4 years. She has many years of study in the field of law as well as many years experience working in the field of medical administration.

Kelsie has just joined the Custom Lasik family and is happy to be a part of the team. She has studied at Miami University and Universidad del País Vasco in San Sebastián, Spain. She currently studies at Baylor University.
